How You Can Help

The Fibromyalgia Well Spring Foundation is a registered Canadian Charity created to help those with fibromyalgia lead a more rewarding life. The Foundation's Vision of the Village is our goal. The Foundation runs two monthly Support Group meetings. one in Chilliwack and one combined group in Aldergrove.

Donate:


  1. You can donate using Canada Helps with your Visa or Mastercard. Click the following link to go to a secured website provided by Canada Helps.org where your donation will be processed to the Fibromyalgia Well Spring Foundation.

  3. Mail in a cheque made payable to Fibromyalgia Well Spring Foundation. (A tax receipt will be mailed back to you for donations greater than $25.)

  4. You can donate using your Visa or Mastercard by calling the Foundation and providing your card information. Do not leave your card information on the voice mail - leave a message to have your call returned if no office personnel answer. (A tax receipt for donations greater than $25 and a charge receipt will be mailed to you.)

Donate Your Car:

Donate a Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for Fibromyalgia Well Spring Foundation. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Fibromyalgia Well Spring Foundation through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for Fibromyalgia Well Spring Foundation to benefit.
